The site offers extensive reading material: articles, newsletters and information about the experts who belong to selfgrowth.com (Diantha included!). If you ever have need of a practitioner in any area, be sure to visit this site.

Diantha’s take: This site is amazing, as is the woman behind it, Phillipa Merivale. Pippa, as she is affectionately known, was one of my first teachers of color. She is a mentor as well as a dear friend. Her insights, books, and readings are true treats — just waiting for you.

Diantha’s take: I first met Sandy when she was my student and we quickly became friends and cohorts! Sandy is one of those people who can create something from nothing. Diantha’s take: I discovered John Chuchman through his books of poetry, which my husband and I read one summer. John’s website is full of support, humor, and understanding as he addresses the very real challenge of grief and loss. His calming manner, words of wisdom, workshops, and poetry will make you feel at peace and soothed even while grappling with loss. Diantha’s take: FSIA is where I went for my feng shui certification and the reason I chose this school over all others is that they offer a science backed curriculum and a more Western approach to the art and science of feng shui. I have never regretted my choice and am proud to be affiliated with such wonderful, talented people. If you are thinking about feng shui training, I encourage you to check out FSIA as a strong possibility. Feng Shui Institute International (FSII) is an international membership organization founded under the Pyramid School philosophy, setting standards of professional practice, promoting lifelong learning for feng shui practitioners through sharing, teaching, inspiring and guiding professional growth for its members worldwide.

Diantha’s take: This is another really cool site. There are lots of teleseminar offerings, tips, products, and classes to tweak your interest. FSII is the membership arm of FSIA where I got the majority of my feng shui training and for whom I teach color. They take a more Western approach to feng shui and the result is that the claims and cures are backed by the sciences. This is another site you will like to check often to keep abreast of developments and new class offerings!

This is the website for “The Body Mind Spirit Guide,” a printed and freely distributed publication serving Michigan’s holistic and new age community.

Diantha’s take: “The Body Mind Spirit Guide” for Michigan is a great magazine with tons of information, ideas, and sources for holistic products and practitioners. Visit their site often to find current offerings and ideas.
